All items can be returned and issued for a full refund. You have 14 days from receiving your order to send back any items for a full refund or exchange (21 days for all international orders). Please note, this means that we must have your order returned back to us, and in our possession, within 14 days of you receiving your order. Any orders received back after this 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund, and an invoice will be sent in order to have the goods returned to you.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn condition, with our tags still attached within their original packaging. Any signs of wear, such as from aftershave or deodorant, will discredit your refund.

The cost of your return and its safe transportation back to us is your sole responsibility, therefore please ensure you use a trusted, insured and trackable service. We can only refund an order, if the package reaches us safely. We cannot be held accountable for any returns that may get lost in transit and do not have a tracking number. For international returns, we cannot refund you the cost of your initial shipping, therefore this will be deducted from the total refund amount when your return is processed. The cost of your return shipping is also your sole responsibility.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange, please e-mail our team with your order number, informing us of the item(s) you would like to exchange. If there is a difference in price for the item you would like exchanging, our team will assist you in resolving the difference.
