Returns & Exchanges
All items can be returned and issued for a full refund. You have 14 days from reciept of purchase to send back any items for a full refund or exchange, 21 days for international orders.
Please note that this means we must have your return order back in our possession before the end of this 14 day period. Any orders received back after this 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund, and will therefore be charged for returning the goods back to you.
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn condition with our tags still attached. Any marks on the goods from wear, such as from aftershave or deodorant will discredit your refund.
The cost of your return and its safe return back to us is your sole responsibility, therefore please ensure you use a trusted, insured and trackable service. We can only refund individuals if their return order reaches us. We cannot be held accountable for any returns that may get lost in transit and do not have a tracking number.
For international returns, we cannot refund you the cost of your initial shipping, therefore this will be deducted from the total refund amount when processed. The cost of shipping to return your order to us is also your responsibility.
Please note that if you wish to return an order, you must e-mail first to enquire about return details, even if you have already processed a refund with us in the past. We are always expanding and may move to a new warehouse at any given time. Any individuals who do not e-mail before returning an order and send their return to an address we no longer operate from, will not be eligible for a refund. Your refund will not be our responsibility if you have not communicated with us for the correct and relevant details.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, please e-mail us with your order number and let us know what item you would like instead. If the cost of the item you would like in exchange costs more than the initial order amount, this will incur a fee for the difference in cost. If the cost of the item you would like is less, then we will issue the difference in cost as store credit to you. Please note that an item you would like to exchange for cannot be reserved. We can only confirm the exchange once we have received your return. If in the instance, the item you want to exchange for has sold before your item reaches us, you will have to alternatively be refunded.
Once you have contacted our team regarding your refund or exchange, you will need to complete the ‘Returns & Exchanges Policy’ form included in your parcel and return the goods to the appropriate address given.
