Returns Policy

*Please read below to ensure you comply with our returns policy. Failure to comply may result in your refund being rejected.

You can return your unwanted items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for International orders). Please note, this means we must have your order returned back to us and within our possession within the 14 days of receiving your parcel (21 days for International). Any orders received back after this 14 or 21 day period will be ineligible for a refund, and you will be invoiced in order to have the goods returned to you.

 The cost of your return is your sole responsibility. For International returns, we cannot refund your initial shipping costs. Parcels that are rejected or unclaimed will also have the shipping costs deducted from the refund. Any charges incurred on rejected or unclaimed parcels will also be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will only be refunded once the parcel has been received back to us.

Return Terms and Guidelines

  • Fill out the returns form enclosed in your parcel - no form may result in your return not being processed
  • Ensure your items are returned in their original unworn condition, as you received it
  • Ensure the branded swing tag is still attached 
  • Use a trackable service to return your order. Refunds will not be issued for parcels that do not successfully come back to us, or are damaged
  • For International returns, please mark the package as a ‘return of goods’ on the customs declaration form. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied on return parcels. Parcels returned with additional fees will be deducted from the total refund amount

Failure to comply with the terms and guidelines will result in a rejection of your refund.

The returns address can be found on the returns policy enclosed within the parcel.

If you have lost your returns form, please ensure you leave a note in the parcel with your name and order number. This will ensure we can get your return issued as efficiently and quickly as possible. Without this, we will not be able to identify who the return is from and you may not get your refund.

All refunds will be issued within 7 working days of reaching us. Funds may take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank provider. Please allow extra time for refunds to be processed during busy periods.
