Returns & Refunds

UK customers can return your unwanted items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. International customers can return your unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, this means we must have your order returned back to us within this timeframe. Any orders received back after this period will be ineligible for a refund, and the refund will be rejected.

*Please allow 10 working days for refunds to be processed once they have reached our warehouse. This may take longer during busy periods.

Please note, exclusions apply to some items such as hats and homeware blankets. These items are non-returnable. 

The cost of your return is your sole responsibility. For International returns, we cannot refund your initial shipping costs. Parcels that are rejected or unclaimed and incur additional fees, these costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Returns Terms & Guidelines
  • Fill out the returns form enclosed within your parcel. If you have lost this, please provide a note with your full name and order number. No form or note may result in your return not being processed
  • Ensure items still have our branded tag attached. Removing or tampering with the swing tag will result in your refund being rejected
  • Ensure all returned items are in their original unworn condition, as you received them
  • Use a trackable service to return your order. Refunds cannot be issued for parcels that do not successfully come back to us, or are damaged in transit.
  • For UK customers: We advise using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed, please ensure you keep note of the tracking number
  • For International customers: Please mark the package as a ‘return of goods’ on the customs declaration form to avoid unwanted charges. We are not responsible for surcharges. If a parcel is returned with additional fees, these will be deducted from the refund

    Failure to comply with the terms and guidelines will result in a rejection of your refund.

    Please note: If you select our next day express shipping service and return your whole order, you will only be refunded the standard shipping rate.

    Once your refund is processed, funds may take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank provider. Please allow extra time for refunds to be processed during busy periods.
